Setup is $150 per account + $25 per license, collected with your first annual payment only.

JCR state reporting fees are included in license management.

State license renewal fees, CE courses, insurance and other outside costs are separate. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Your payment method is charged automatically every year until canceled. Manage or cancel your subscription through your customer portal before the next renewal.

For more than 20 licenses, multiple license holders, mixed service levels, or changes to an existing account, request a custom quote or call 704-696-8555.

After checkout, JCR will contact you to collect your license details and CE records.

JCR tracks your electrical licenses and continuing education, then handles the renewal process where permitted.

One-time account setup: $150 + $25 per license.

What we handle

  • Licenses & deadlines. Track classifications, expiration dates and renewal requirements, with proactive reminders.
  • CE planning & records. Track required and completed hours, organize certificates, and coordinate applicable JCR or outside approved courses.
  • Renewal paperwork. Coordinate portal access, insurance certificates and other required documents; prepare and submit renewals where permitted.
  • Follow-through. Verify JCR CE reporting when applicable, follow up on renewals, and document completion.

How it works

We review your licenses and existing CE records, confirm what each state requires, and organize your renewal schedule. You complete the required CE and provide requested documents, signatures and authorizations on time. We coordinate the rest.

JCR state reporting fees are included in license management.

Outside fees, approved by you

State license renewal fees, CE courses, insurance/COI costs and other third-party charges are separate. We obtain your approval and arrange payment before incurring these expenses. Some licensing authorities may require you to complete payment directly.

Complex portfolios, multiple license holders or extensive record recovery may require a custom quote.

Prefer to submit renewals yourself? License & CE Management provides tracking, CE guidance and reminders for $175 per license / year.
