Overview

This Shipping Policy applies to all physical products and workshop materials shipped by JCR Productions, Inc., including workbooks, study guides, self-study packages, and exam prep workshop materials.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase. Once your order has shipped, a shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent to the email address on file.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

JCR Productions ships physical materials via USPS or UPS, depending on the product and destination. Estimated delivery windows are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First Class / Ground): 5–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping (USPS Priority Mail / UPS 2-Day): 2–3 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. JCR Productions is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the order and the destination zip code. Applicable rates will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Occasionally, promotional free-shipping offers may be available. These will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and territories. P.O. Boxes are accepted for standard shipping via USPS but may not be eligible for expedited carrier services.

International Shipping

At this time, JCR Productions, Inc. ships physical products within the United States only. International customers may be eligible for digital products and online course access. Please contact us for more information.

Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. JCR Productions is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you realize your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 10 business days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue. We reserve the right to require photographic documentation for damaged items.

JCR Productions is not liable for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported missing. We recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier in such cases.

Refunds on Shipped Items

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for information on how shipment status affects your eligibility for refunds or workshop credits. In general, once physical materials have been mailed, monetary refunds are no longer available.
