Refund policy

Overview 

This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made from JCR Productions, Inc., including physical products, workshop materials, study guides, self-study packages, exam prep materials, live workshops, and online course access.

Physical Products & Shipped Materials

Eligible physical products may be returned only if they are unused and in original condition. Return requests must be made within 10 business days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in resalable condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, if applicable

  • You must contact JCR Productions before sending any item back

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was shipped in error.

Once physical materials have been mailed, shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds for physical items will only be issued after returned materials are received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Used or marked physical books, workbooks, or study materials

  • Digital products or downloadable materials

  • Online courses once access has been granted

  • Workshop registrations that have already taken place

  • Any item marked as final sale

Workshops & Live Training

Workshop cancellations and refund eligibility depend on when the request is made:

  • 7 or more days before the workshop: Full refund

  • Within 7 days of the workshop: Credit toward a future workshop

  • On the day of the workshop or after it begins: No refund

If JCR Productions cancels or reschedules a workshop, you will be offered either a full refund or credit toward a future workshop.

Online Courses & Digital Access

Because digital products and online courses are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all sales for these items are final once access has been provided.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your course or materials, please contact us and we will work to resolve the problem.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing items, please contact us within 10 business days of the delivery date. We may require photos of damaged materials before issuing a replacement or refund.

If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate. JCR Productions is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but later reported missing.

Address Errors

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. JCR Productions is not responsible for refunds or replacements for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, contact us immediately. We will do our best to correct it before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
