I signed up for an account and received a verification email. But, when I click on the verification link in my email, it just takes me back to the Online Training Center and won’t let me log in. What do I do?
After you have verified your account through your email, you should be rerouted back to the main page of JCR’s Online Training Center.
Use the right hand side of the screen to enter your username and password, just as you entered them when you created your account.
If you forgot your username, please call our office. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by selecting the green “Forgot Password” button located in the sign-in window.
Do not hesitate to call our office (704.696.8555) if you have issues when verifying your account. You will need to provide some information for authenticating your account, but staff can and will verify your account for you, if needed.
