Step-by-Step to navigating your online course in My Account

Unless specifically studying 2017 material, “My Account” is where you access your online courses with us.

When you make a purchase, you are automatically enrolled into My Account and will receive an email prompting you to create a password if you haven’t already. 

JCR staff then processes your order and ensures you are enrolled into the correct online course. You will receive another email letting you know when you may log into My Account and begin. 

You will be prompted to login using your username or email address and the password you set up. Your login screen may or may not look exactly like this:

Once logged in, you will see a button labeled “Go to your online courses(s)”

You will click on “Enrolled Courses” to see the course(s) you have been enrolled in. 

This takes you into your “Dashboard”. Take a moment to watch the video to help navigate you through your online course. 

When you’re ready, click on the “Start Course” button to begin! 

Make sure that as you go through your course, you select “Mark as Complete” (upper right) after each video that you’ve completed. You will see a check next to the title when you’ve done this (left side). 

After you’ve gone through each lesson, ensured they have all been checked off, and you’ve passed all your quizzes, you need to get back to your Dashboard. Clicking on the X will close the course and get you back to the Dashboard.  

Under the button that orginally said “Start Course” you will see an additional button to “Complete Course”. Yes it’s a bit faded out, but it’s an important button!

Clicking on this button is how you notify JCR Productions that you have completed your course and would like your hours reported. Don’t forget this important step!

You will know you’ve done it correctly when you receive an email from us with a Certificate of Completion.
